Shipping Times

Please Note that all orders will take 1-2 business days to pack before they can be dispatched. A customer will receive an email once their order has processed online and another email with the tracking number once it has been dispatched.

Standard shipping within Australia will take 2-5 business days and express will take 1 business day. Shipping times for all other countries is 6+ business days for standard shipping and 2-5 business days for express.

Shipping Delays

Due to the unprecedented times of COVID-19, we apologise since we are unable to guarantee that orders will arrive within the expected delivery times. Delays vary within each country however, please allow a maximum of 14 days for delays.

Free Shipping

For all domestic orders within Australia, free standard shipping is provided for orders above AUD150 and free express shipping for orders above AUD200.

For all international orders outside of Australia, free standard shipping is provided for orders above AUD250 and free express shipping for orders above AUD300

Free Shipping

All customs tax for international orders, if present, will be carried by the customer since Foam Furniture is unable to accommodate to the several different regulations in the destinations we deliver to. Most countries offer a high threshold for non-taxable commercial purchases overseas. However, if you have not made previous online purchases from brands overseas, we recommend you identify what custom regulations exist for your order.
