Foam Furniture will only be accepting returns for items that were damaged on its way. We cannot provide returns or exchanges for items due to change of mind. Please be sure of your purchase before paying. If an item is received damage, the customer will have 7 days to contact us at email@example.com with their order number and a photo of how the product was received in its original packaging.
Please note that we will not be able to refund damaged items without photo evidence or if the notice has not been sent within 7 days from when the item was received.
Upon inspection of the evidence, if indeed an item has arrived damage, Foam Furniture will arrange for a refund of the product amount. Please allow 5 business days for the amount to be fully refunded.
